With over 22 years of experience in government communications, Tamrin Olden specializes in public safety public relations, media strategy, and community engagement. Before founding TOC Public Relations, she spent 16 years with the City of Chino and the Chino Police Department, where she managed media relations, social media, and community outreach as the Public Safety Community Relations Manager. For the past nine years, Tamrin has led TOC PR in training and supporting thousands of public safety and government professionals nationwide, helping agencies strengthen trust, transparency, and recruitment through strategic communication. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice.
